I did a bank transfer and my deposit hasn't arrived yet! What should I do?
If you did a bank transfer, check if you added your CVL on your transfer details. Your CVL is your account number, found on the top right corner when you access your profile.
If you didn't add your CVL, don't panic! Please send proof of your transfer to our support team at email@example.com or contact us via our chat. Our support team will make sure that the situation is resolved.
If you added your CVL to your transfer details, then it is only a matter of time until your deposit arrives. Sometimes it can take several days for a deposit to arrive, depending on the bank and the amount. I did a credit/debit card transfer and my deposit hasn't arrived yet! What should I do?
If you did a credit/debit card deposit, then it should arrive in minutes. In case it hasn't, please check if the transaction did happen and the amount actually left your card.
